Can I edit the digital files myself?
No, the listings in my shop are for digital files completed by me. I do not offer editable PDF templates. For customized products, such as invitations, all information will need to be sent to me via the 'Add a Note' box in your cart and/or Etsy conversation.
I accidentally deleted my customized invitation files. Can you resend them to me?
Files for custom items are saved for one year from date of purchase. If you need your files to be re-sent, please send me an Etsy conversation and include the order number found on your invoice.
Can I resell items that I purchase from your shop?
All items in my shop are for personal use only and cannot be resold or distributed for free on Etsy or any other store or website. This includes printed material created from digital files purchased in my shop.
